An army colonel stationed here was charged Sunday with allegedly raping a friend’s wife in a officers’ mess, police said.
The victim’s husband, a civilian, filed an FIR against the Army officer at the Cantonment Police Station, said Police Superintendent (East) Raj Kumar Agarwal.
