Call of Duty Mobile has many game modes. The Hardpoint is the latest addition. Compared to classic Team Deathmatch and Domination modes, Hardpoint is relatively more difficult.
Hardpoint game mode
While the basic concept is very similar to domination mode, Hardpoint has no static locations to capture. For example, in Domination mode, you will have locations like A, B, and C to capture. At Hardpoint, however, the location continues to change after a minute. It may be closer to your spawning location or far away. In Call of Duty Mobile, Hardpoint game mode is available for almost all major maps.
Hardpoint Rules Summary
You need to capture the shuffling locations. The longer you keep the location, the more points you get.
You can die so many times in the game (multiplayer).
You get extra points for killing the enemy that has captured a Hardpoint location.
Killing an enemy outside of Hardpoint’s location is classified as normal death.
If you claim the Hardpoint, its color will change to blue. If it has been captured by opponents, it will be red. You will also receive a warning when the Hardpoint is challenged, essentially when your teammates are fighting opponents.
The total objective to win the game is 150 points and the duration is 5 minutes (or less depending on when you reach the maximum score).
How to win or try
Since it is a very fast game, you will need lighter weapons with greater precision. Heavy weapons and shooting are not very effective in this mode.
Unlike Domination mode, capturing Hardpoint’s location gives you points at a much faster rate. Therefore, it is very important that you not only capture these locations but also keep them for a longer period of time.
As previously stated, the location is still shuffling. But after you’ve played a few Hardpoint matches, these locations are not random and appear in the same locations on the maps. If you know your map in Call of Duty Mobile, identifying these Hardpoint locations won’t be difficult.
Avoid camping as much as possible if you want to improve in this mode.
