Business mogul Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s son Akash Ambani and his wife Shloka Mehta welcomed their first child to Mumbai. Shloka gave birth to a baby on Thursday (December 10). Both the mother and the newborn are fine. Nita and Mukesh are very excited to receive a small bundle of joy in their lives, a family spokesperson said in a statement.

A photo of Mukesh Ambani posing with his grandson is going viral on social media. The business mogul can be seen smiling as he carries the little munchkin in his arms. Parimal Nathwani, Director of Corporate Affairs, RIL, took to Twitter to share the first photo of Akash and Shloka’s son.

Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta got married on March 9, 2019 in Mumbai. Shloka Mehta, who is the daughter of diamond artist Russell Mehta and Mona Mehta, got married in a grand ceremony, which took place at the Jio World Center. Several Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, attended the marriage ceremony. Many renowned politicians from around the world also came to Mumbai to bless the couple on their special day.
