Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) introduced the Work from Home plan last month to assist its broadband users as a national blockade was imposed in the country in light of the Covid-19 outbreak. At the time, the company had announced that the plan will be valid until April 19. Now, the state telecommunications operator has extended the validity of the plan until May 19.
The news comes courtesy of the official BSNL Tamil Nadu Twitter account. The company said its promotional offer is now valid until May 19.

As for the plan, it offers 5GB data at a speed of 10Mbps to all BSNL Landline users free for one month. Once this limit is exhausted, the network speed will change to 1Mbps. In addition to this, the company offers 1 GB of space per email ID along with unlimited upload and download speeds to its users as part of the Work from Home plan.
It is worth mentioning that while BSNL tweeted the details of its Tamil Nadu identifier, the plan is available in all circles in India, including the Andaman and Nicobar islands.
Separately, the company earlier this month extended the validity of its Rs 96 Vasantham Gold coupon by 90 days. The coupon is now available until May 30. As part of this offer, users receive 250 minutes of voice calls to any network within the local circle and other circles across the country, plus 100 SMS per day to any network.
