Bollywood Drug Row: After Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone’s Manager Karishma Prakash Arrives at NCB Office | Hindi Movie News


Shortly after Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone’s manager, Karishma Prakash, arrived today at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office for the Bollywood drug dispute. The star manager has been subpoenaed to investigate 2017 chats with the ‘Padmaavat’ actress where they were allegedly discussing drugs.

Deepika Padukone, whose name has also appeared in the case, will be questioned on Saturday. Yesterday, designer Simone Khambatta was questioned for more than four hours by the NCB regarding the angle of drugs that emerged during the investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Khambatta, who arrived at the OCN office Thursday morning, was interrogated for four long hours. The agency questioned her about the chats related to the acquisition of prohibited substances.

Meanwhile, the agency will also question Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor in connection with the matter on Saturday. Deepika and Sara, who were in Goa, went to Mumbai yesterday and are currently in Mumbai.

The NCB has already arrested Rhea Chakraborty along with her brother, Showik and others in the case so far. The Office of Narcotics Control is the third central agency to investigate the case of the late actor’s death.
