As the NCB investigates the Bollywood drug nexus, another shocking revelation has recently been made about the A-listers. Check it out here.
As agencies NCB, CBI and ED continue to investigate different angles in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, the alleged drug nexus in Bollywood has also caught their attention. NCB leaves no stone unturned in investigating the drug angle. The agency has already arrested Sushant’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, Showik, Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant on drug acquisition charges. Also, the names of many Bollywood celebrities have come up in connection with the acquisition and use of prohibited narcotics.
A report by Republic TV has stated that various A-listers from the industry visit Goa for “detox” purposes. What is more shocking is when the report claims that these celebrities visit the villas there for vacation purposes and filming. But they visit them for detoxification purposes so the reports don’t show the drugs used when they are tested for them. According to the report, celebrities visit the villas through an agent so that the details of their visit are not in the public domain.
The caretaker of one of the ‘special’ villas has reportedly said that these Bollywood stars visit the place with their agents to make sure they are safe and have more personal space available. Meanwhile, NCB summoned and interrogated actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh regarding the Bollywood drug nexus. Additionally, the agency also arrested Kshitij Prasad, who was previously associated with Dharmatic Entertainment, a sister organization of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. He is currently in judicial custody like Rhea and the rest of the defendants.
