Beginning his campaign in Bihar by addressing a joint rally with RJD chief and Grand Alliance ministerial chief Tejashwi Yadav, Congressional Leader Rahul Gandhi launched a searing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday for the border confrontation with China in Ladakh.

Gandhi said that the prime minister insulted the Indian army when he lied that no Chinese soldiers had entered Indian territory.

“When the young soldiers of Bihar were martyred, the question is that day what the country’s prime minister said and did … in Ladakh, the young people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh and other states protect the land of India on the border. shedding its blood and sweat … the question is when did China kill 20 of our soldiers and seize our land … 1200 km China has entered our territory … the question is why did our prime minister insult our brave hearts saying that no one has entered the territory of India … that is the question, ”Gandhi said at a public meeting in Hisua in Nawada district.

“The question is when will the Chinese soldiers be expelled from the Indian land. And tell the people of Bihar how many jobs you have given them. He had promised two million jobs for young people … did you get it? ” I ask.

The former president of Congress said he will bow his head to farmers, soldiers, workers and small merchants and accused Prime Minister Modi of working for Ambani and Adani.

“And he (PM) goes home and works for Ambani and Adani. He will give a speech and bow his head to you, but when the time comes to work … he will work for someone else, ”Gandhi said.

Tejashwi, on the other hand, was scathing against Prime Minister Nitish Kumar questioning him about the promises he had made.

“Did he give you a job, set up factories, eradicate poverty, give you water for irrigation? He says that Bihar is a landlocked state, so you can’t set up factories … Didn’t Lalu Prasad Yadav create? factories… and in states like Punjab and Haryana… the fact is Nitishji, you are tired… you can’t drive Bihar anymore, ”said the RJD leader.
