Bigg Boss 14: Rahul Vaidya’s mother reacts to his proposal of lady love Disha Parmar on national television; says ‘I’m happy for him’

Bigg Boss 14 contestant Rahul Vaidya took everyone by surprise when he proposed to his beloved Disha Parmar on national television. As soon as the promotions for the next episode featuring Rahul kneeling hit the TV screens, people started talking about it. Rahul Vaidya’s sudden proposal for Disha Parmar sure went viral. And while everyone is eager to know what Disha Parmar’s response would be, Rahul’s mother has reacted to the same.

Rahul’s proposal has not only surprised Bigg Boss fans, but his mother as well. In reaction to the same, Rahul’s mother Geeta Vaidya shared: “I am happy for him. His sudden proposal also surprised me, but I am glad that Disha is the one. She is an extremely sweet girl and I love her. Rest no. I can comment or rather he can comment only when he comes and we will sit down and talk as a family. ”

For the uninitiated, today is Disha Parmar’s birthday (November 11), and the singer decided to make the Koi Apna Sa actress’s birthday memorable by confessing her feelings for her.

The promo shows Rahul kneeling down and saying, “Today is a very special day for me. There is a girl in my life and that girl is called Disha Parmar. God! I’ve never been so nervous. I don’t know why it took me so long to ask you: will you marry me?

All the housemates were there too and it was actress and roommate Jasmin Bhasin’s idea that Rahul should propose to her on national television wearing a white T-shirt with ‘I love you’ written on it.

Rahul and Disha had previously been linked, but the former, before entering the house, refused and said, “We are just good friends.”
