Bairstow topped the series total with 196 runs after his 112 of 126 balls in the final game to return to the top 10. The previous best for the 30-year-old Yorkshireman was ninth in October 2018. He is now on. within 23 points of his career best score of 777.
Maxwell and Carey, who participated in a 212-race position on fifth field that helped Australia complete a thrilling three-course victory and take the series 2-1, are side by side on the leaderboard led by the India captains couple Virat Kohli and starter Rohit Sharma.
Maxwell has won five spots to take 26th along with Ireland’s Paul Stirling after scoring 186 runs in the series, while Carey is next after his 152-run total lifted him 11 spots to the 28th best of his race.
Others who advanced the list include Australian Marnus Labuschagne (up 20 spots to 63rd career best) and England’s Sam Billings, who scored 118 in the opener to finish with 183 series runs, behind only Bairstow. and Maxwell. reaching the top 100 for the first time.
England all-rounder Chris Woakes is one of the top winners in the bowlers’ rankings, advancing three places to career-best fourth place after finishing with six wickets in the series. Woakes now ranks second on the off-road list after scoring 89 runs in the series. His compatriot Ben Stokes is among those he has surpassed to reach 20 points behind Mohammad Nabi of Afghanistan.
Australia’s fast bowler Josh Hazlewood has returned to the top 10 for the first time in nearly two years, his 3/34 matchmaker performance in the first match was the climax of a four wicket count. It has gone from position 15 to eighth.
England fast bowler Jofra Archer has gained 18 spaces to reach career-best 10th place after finishing with seven wickets in the series, including a 3/34 player of the match effort in the second match. .
The 10 wickets topping the series Adam Zampa, Australia’s leg spinner, have lifted him to 21st.
Five-time world champions Australia scored 20 points in their first Super League series, presented to add context to the bilateral ODI series. The top seven teams in the Super League and host India reserve direct spots for the 2023 World Cup.
England lead the points table with 30 points, but they are the only team to have played two series, winning 2-1 at home against Ireland at the start of the championship.
