Balasaheb’s biggest fear was that one day Shiv Sena would become Congress, says Kangana Ranaut, shares an old interview

Amid the ongoing fight between Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena, the actor on Friday shared an old interview with Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray, and asked how he would have felt today if he had seen the situation of his match. Balasaheb’s greatest fear was that his party would one day become Congress, the actor wrote.

In the video interview, shared by Kangana, Balasaheb can be heard saying that he did not believe in elections or democracy. “Because I’m there, the party has survived. Otherwise, it would have become a congress, “Balasaheb said in the interview.

“The great Bala Saheb Thakeray, one of my favorite icons, his biggest fear was that one day Shiv Sena would make Gutbandhan and become @INCIndia congress. I want to know what your conscious feeling is today looking at the condition of your match, ”Kangana tweeted.

Balasaheb Thackeray founded Shiv Sena in 1966 as a right-wing regional Marathi political party.

In a blow to Congress, which is part of the Maha Vikas Agadhi government in Maharashtra, Kangana asked the party’s president, Sonia Gandhi, to take note of the treatment she is being subjected to. “Can’t you ask your government to uphold the principles of the Constitution that Dr. Ambedkar gave us? You have grown up in the west and have lived here in India. You can be aware of the struggles of women. History will judge their silence and indifference when their own government is harassing women and ensuring a total mockery of law and order. I hope you will intervene, ”the actor tweeted.

The fight began after the actor compared Mumbai to Pakistani-occupied Kashmir and allegedly threatened by the Sena leaders. He arrived in Mumbai on September 9 with AND more security provided by the Center. On the same day, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation razed “illegal” parts of its Bandra office, taking the ongoing fighting to a higher level. However, the Maharashtra government said it had no role in the BMC stock.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut’s mother, Asha Ranaut, thanked Union Interior Minister Amit Shah for providing security to Kangana, although the family had no connection to BJP. The family had long connections with Congress, he said.
