Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer took to social media to do a fun dig about Australia. Ajinkya Rahane scored a brilliant century to help his team take an 82-run lead on Day 2 of the second test match underway at Melbourne Cricket Ground. The Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) hitting coach took to Twitter and posted a meme, which read: “If you missed today’s play, this is what happened #AUSvIND #INDvsAUS #BoxingDayTest #Rahane #Jadeja.”
In the meme, a man is seen boxing a kangaroo with the animal left reeling from the blow.

Rahane, who is the captain of India in the absence of Virat Kohli, became the 12th Indian skipper to score a Test 100 in Australia and only the second Indian batsman after Vinoo Mankad to score two tons at MCG.
Some of the Indian captains who got a test of one hundred in the MCG are Kohli and Sourav Ganguly.
Despite the majority of India’s batting order falling to the Australian bowling department, Rahane and Jadeja put on a brilliant performance to help the visiting team take the lead.
Rahane remained undefeated after scoring 104 runs of 200 balls. He also hit 12 fours. Meanwhile, Jadeja also remained undefeated after registering 40 of 104 balls.
Promoted
India finished with a score of 277 out of five after 91.3 overs on stumps on Day 2.
Action will resume on Day 3, starting Monday, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The hosts won the first test match and are currently leading the four-game series, 1-0.
