He said that, like last year, two crore from Delhi will unite to make this initiative successful and defeat dengue,” he tweeted the Office of the Chief Minister. .

Senior Deputy Minister Manish Sisodia, Cabinet Ministers Rajendra Pal Gautam and Kailash Gahlot shared photos and videos on Twitter as part of the 10-week campaign against dengue.
“We often feel that there is not a single place in our house where there is standing water, but if you take 10 minutes to check properly, you will find standing water somewhere. That is why it is important to join the # 10Hafte10Baje10Minute campaign – to protect your Dengue family @ArvindKejriwal, “tweeted Mr. Sisodia in Hindi.
Kejriwal also took to social media to urge people to participate in the campaign.
“Last year, two million people from Delhi defeated dengue. Let’s start the next 10-week battle against dengue from today. At 10 am, I will check my house for standing water. You must too. We have to. defeat dengue again this time, “he said in a Hindi tweet.
Last year’s “10 Hafte 10 Get Down 10 Minute” campaign received support from various public figures, including cricket legend Kapil Dev, many Bollywood actors and renowned journalists.
Last year, Delhi witnessed 2,036 dengue cases and two deaths, which, according to the AAP government, was a remarkable achievement compared to 2015, when more than 15,000 dengue cases were recorded and 60 people died in the national capital. .
The campaign, which began on September 6, will continue every Sunday. As part of the campaign, people are expected to spend 10 minutes at 10 am every Sunday for 10 weeks to ensure that there is no standing water in their homes that could allow mosquitoes to breed.
