AP POLYCET 2020 result announced, more than 60,000 classified


NEW DELHI: The State Board of Technical Education and Training announced the AP POLYCET (Polytechnic Common Entrance Test) 2020 result on Friday, that is, October 9, 2020. The AP POLYCET exam was held on September 27. The online application process for AP POLYCET began on March 16 and concluded on September 3.

POLYCET is a Polytechnic Common Entrance Test conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Amaravati for admission to Diploma level programs conducted in government, assisted, private, unaided and second-shift polytechnic polytechnic schools that are run at private engineering universities without existing assistance. However, candidates should note that the mere fact of applying to POLYCET-2020 and obtaining a rank of merit does not entitle a candidate to be considered for admission automatically unless the candidate meets the established requirements for admission. admission.

The minimum score to declare that a candidate has passed the AP POLYCET exam will be thirty percent, that is, 36 points out of 120. Candidates belonging to scheduled castes or tribes will be assigned a ranking regardless of the marks obtained in the admission Test. Such candidates, even with marks below 30% in POLYCET-2020, will be eligible to compete for their seat category during admission. The marks obtained in the entrance exam will be considered for the assignment of rank, from which the selection will be made for admission to graduates.
