The past two days have been the most difficult for the Hindi film industry. After Irrfan’s death on April 29, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor last breathed on April 30.
Meanwhile, positive coronavirus cases in India crossed the 35,000 mark, with deaths increasing to 1,152. Among all this, Anushka Sharma turned 32 today, but the actress did not celebrate her birthday.
Anushka, on the other hand, decided to write a poem wishing that all sufferings would end.
She wrote: “Hopefully today the sadness will subside.
Today I want the suffering to end.
I know that not everything can disappear
It has its own part to play,
And the paper that dawns has a price,
With tears and screams and even stifled screams.
Today I want the suffering to end
Sadness and suffering have been friends.
Suffering is the second act.
They play on the same stage of life.
Making you fall, slip and fall.
But after that comes your promotion,
And get up and you will be so wise.
Today I wish that the sadness diminishes.
I wish that today the suffering would end.-AS. “
She captioned her post as: “Today, I wish this was all over.”
Anushka’s husband Virat Kohli posted an adorable photo with her. He wrote: “You, my love, bring light to this world. And you illuminate my world every day. I love you.”
Previously, Anushka shared a collage of the deceased actors Rishi and Irrfan and captioned it with a heartbreak emoji.
Anushka is currently in quarantine with her husband Virat Kohli. The actress announced that she will soon be making her digital debut as a producer with the Amazon Prime series, Paatal Lok. The series stars Gul Panag, Neeraj Kabi, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Swastika Mukherjee.
