Ankita Lokhande’s boyfriend, Vicky Jain, has come out to support her after her verbal duel with Shibani Dandekar. Shibani accused Ankita of not dealing with her own relationship issues with Sushant Singh Rajput and of seeking ‘two seconds of fame’ by targeting Rhea Chakraborty.
Vicky, without taking a name, took to Instagram stories to share a quote that said: “There is a difference between liking and being valued. Lots of people like you. Not many value you. Be valued. ”Ankita shared it on her own Instagram stories with an applause emoji.
Shibani has been fighting for justice for her friend, Rhea, who is the main defendant in Sushant’s death case. Several Bollywood celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vidya Balan, and Sonam Kapoor, showed their support by displaying the legend on the shirt Rhea wore on the day she was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on charges related to the drugs. “Roses are red, violets are blue, let’s crush the patriarchy, you and me,” the quote read.
In an open letter Wednesday night, Ankita questioned Rhea’s alleged drug purchase for Sushant. “On the one hand, she says that she was coordinating with all the doctors to improve her health at the request of SSR, and on the other hand, she was coordinating the logistics of medicines for her. Would someone who claims to have loved someone so deeply allow the other person to use drugs by claiming to know their mental state and condition? “, I ask.
Shibani called Ankita’s open letter “grotesque” and accused her of trying to get “two seconds of fame” by encouraging the harassment of Rea. “No one has more hatred in their heart (?) Than you,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

In another post, Ankita wondered if Shibani called her out for attention because she was considered a television actress. “I have been an ACTOR in Television and Bollywood for the last 17 years and now when I try to support justice for my late friend, the opinion has been expressed that I am looking for JUSTICE because I need 2 seconds of fame and cheap publicity! I cannot understand why a person would take such a position. Is it because I have worked mainly in television and not in Bollywood? Is that why you would take sides with the person you’ve been in a relationship with for almost a decade? ”, She questioned.
“Stop belittling television actors, if that was your reason for describing my words as ‘GROTESQUE.’ It takes the same amount of hard work and dedication on the part of actors in the television industry as it does in Bollywood.
