Ankita Lokhande shares a cryptic quote about pain: ‘Your trauma is valid, it is not an attention seeking’ – bollywood

Ankita Lokhande, who has been fighting for justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, shared a cryptic quote about the pain and trauma. The quote says that one’s trauma is real and valid, regardless of how long ago it happened and whether others feel their experiences are worse.

“Your trauma is valid. Even if other people have experienced “worse”. Even if someone else who has been through the same experience does not feel weakened by it. Even if it ‘could have been avoided’. Even if it happened a long time ago. Even if no one knows. Your trauma is real and valid and you deserve a space to talk about it. It is neither desperate nor pathetic nor does it attract attention. It is self-care. He is inconceivably brave. And regardless of the magnitude of your struggle, you are allowed to take care of yourself by processing and discharging some of the pain you carry. Your pain matters. Your experience matters. And your healing matters. Nothing and no one can take that away, ”the Daniell Koepke quote read.

By sharing the quote on Instagram, Ankita added two hashtags, #youarevalid and #youareseen, in her caption. Support came from fans, with lots of heart emojis in the post. “I love you di. I supported you from the beginning and will continue to do so, ”wrote one. “Ankita, you are one of the strongest women I have ever seen. I know you’re going through a lot of pain, people who point fingers are either paid PR or heartless. We all love you and Sushant will receive justice, ”wrote another.

Earlier, in an interview with Republic TV, Ankita said she was “finished” when she learned of Sushant’s death. The two actors, who starred in the popular show Pavitra Rishta together, were in a relationship for six years before leaving in 2016.

Ankita said she was stunned when she saw Sushant’s death on the news. “Not know what to do. It was right there. The next day, there was her funeral and I couldn’t attend because somewhere I knew that if I saw Sushant somewhere like that, in that position, at that stage … I have my whole life to live and I can never forget that stage. So I decided that I can’t go to the funeral, ”he said.

Sushant died on June 14 and his family believes that Rhea Chakraborty, his girlfriend at the time of his death, is responsible. The Central Investigation Office, the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Office are investigating different angles of the case.
