Andre Russell imitates Rashid Khan because the bonds don’t fall; jokes turn on CPL – CLOCK – cricket

What happens when two of the best in the shortest format of cricket meet face to face? While it can definitely lead to some great cricket action, this time it generated some pranks and fun on the field. Andre Russell and Rashid Khan are two of the best T20 cricket exponents in the world today and were in action during a Caribbean Premier League match between Trinidad Tridents and Jamaica Tallawahs.

Russell, representing the Tallawahs, played one of his signature innings when he scored 54 on just 28 balls to help his team reach a total of 161 runs.

But he would have been fired before he had any luck with Afghan roulette. Rashid hit a googly at 17 and Russell made a great shot over the corner of the cow and missed the ball completely. The ball kissed the stump and the bails ignited, but did not fall. As a result, Russell survived.

At the end of the end, Russell decided to make fun of Rashid and mimicked his celebration. Rashid tried to kick Russell and the two cricketers ended up having a fist bump. The entire episode was high-spirited and the banter set the game on fire for the fans.

However, the Tridents continued to chase the total comfortably with captain Jason Holder playing a winning shot.
