Union Interior Minister Amit Shah was readmitted to the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Saturday after complaining of shortness of breath, according to reports.
According to NDTV, Shah was readmitted to AIIMS at 11pm Saturday after he complained of shortness of breath.
On August 2, Shah, 55, had said on Twitter that he had tested positive for COVID-19. He had undergone treatment for the coronavirus infection at Medanta Hospital and was discharged after testing negative for the disease.
According to a previous statement from AIIMS, he was admitted to the hospital on August 18 with complaints of fatigue and body aches, days after his discharge.
He had been discharged from AIIMS on August 31.
