In a tweet, he wrote: “I wish to inform everyone that, this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all protocols, I immediately isolated myself. I am in home quarantine and have sought necessary medical information. Beware. ” In his tweet, Akshay Kumar asked those who were close to him in the recent past to get tested: “I would sincerely request everyone who has been in contact with me to get tested and take care of themselves.”
