On Thursday, Reliance Industries President Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani announced that they had become grandparents for the first time, when Shloka gave birth to a baby boy.
A statement from the Ambani family read: “Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to have become grandparents for the first time as they welcome Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani’s great-grandson. Shloka and Akash Ambani today became proud parents of a baby boy. (December 10) in Mumbai. Both mother and son are doing well. The new arrival has brought immense joy to the Mehta and Ambani families. “

Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta got married on March 9, 2019 in a grand ceremony in Mumbai. Shloka Mehta is the daughter of diamond artist Russell Mehta and Mona Mehta.
