The Bollywood movie AK vs AK, starring Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap, has entered a controversy. The Indian Air Force has opposed the Kapoor character wearing the uniform of an Air Force officer in the film and has asked the creators to remove objectionable scenes.
The Indian Air Force Twitter user wrote: “The IAF uniform in this video is incorrectly on and the language used is inappropriate. This does not conform to the standards of behavior for members of the Indian Armed Forces. Related scenes should be removed. “

The IAF-flagged clip also shows Anil Kapoor using foul language, which does not “conform to the standards of behavior” for IAF staff.
AK vs AK is a meta movie where Kapoor and Kashyap play exaggerated versions of themselves. The official synopsis reads: “A cheeky film director (Anurag Kashyap, as himself) kidnaps the daughter of a movie star (Anil Kapoor, as himself) and films the star’s desperate search for his daughter in real time as his next blockbuster. “
Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, the film will begin streaming on Netflix on December 24.
