The forensic report of the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) has found no traces of organic poison on the body of Sushant Singh Rajput, according to a new report. The forensic report also highlighted lapses in the autopsy performed by Cooper Hospital.
A five-member AIIMS panel, led by Dr. Sudhir Gupta, is still studying the Cooper Hospital report. This panel was formed in August at the request of the Central Investigation Office (CBI).
Sources said Times Now that AIIMS forensic report found no traces of organic poison on Sushant’s body. The report indicates that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likely to investigate the case under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, Incitement to Suicide.
Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai home on June 14. Although the Mumbai police ruled that it was a suicide case, his family suspected that it could also be a murder. The CBI said in a statement Monday that it covered all angles and that “no aspect has been ruled out to date.”

Dr. Sudhir Gupta recently told ANI: “AIIMS and CBI agree on the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, but more deliberations are needed. It is necessary to examine some legal aspects to arrive at a logical legal conclusion in due course. It will be totally conclusive. “
Earlier this month, Rhea Chakraborty’s attorney, Satish Maneshinde, sought the formation of a new medical board to “keep investigations impartial and free of inferences.” “The agencies are being pressured to reach a predetermined result for obvious reasons in view of the upcoming elections in Bihar,” he said.
Sushant’s father, KK Singh, filed an incitement to the suicide case against Rhea in July. She was arrested on September 8 and is currently being held in Byculla Prison for procuring drugs.
