NEW DELHI: Head of RJD Lalu prasad, who is serving a prison sentence in Ranchi in several forage scam cases, was transferred Thursday from the hospital director’s bungalow to his pay room following his alleged phone call to a Bihar BJP MLA.
Earlier today, BJP MLA Lalan Kumar Paswan, whom Lalu had allegedly called while in custody and offered a ministerial post in exchange for helping the opposition defeat the NDA candidate for the post of assembly president, filed an FIR against the RJD leader.
Former Chief Deputy Minister of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi, who had pointed out the alleged phone call on his Twitter account on Tuesday night, shared the information on social media along with the FIR content presented by Paswan.
According to information shared by Sushil Modi, Pirpainti MLA has submitted its FIR to the surveillance police station under the Prevention of Corruption Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
When the MLA told him that he was subject to party discipline, Lalu Prasad had said “we are going to overthrow this government … later you will be appointed minister.”
Former Chief Minister and Hindustani President Awam Morcha Jitan ram manjhi He also revealed during the day that the RJD supreme had made several tenders by telephoning his closest associates to talk to him about the election of the president.
Manjhi has alleged that Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leaders had contacted three of his party’s MLAs and offered them a cabinet post.
