Abhinandam Pathak, similar to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will participate in the 2020 Bihar elections in the Hathua constituency in Gopalganj district.

Gopalganj: Abhinandam Pathak, similar to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will participate in the elections for the Hathua constituency in Bihar’s Gopalganj district. Pathak, 53, has submitted his nomination papers as a candidate for the Vanchit Samaj Party.

Abhinandam Pathak’s face resembles Modi’s, so people mistake him for the prime minister.

Pathak said that Hathua is a backward area and far behind in terms of development.

Pathak is originally from the Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. She currently lives in the Savanaha village of the Phulwaria block of Gopalganj, Bihar.

When asked about his appearance, Pathak said: “This is just a coincidence. Modi came to power but did not keep any promises. Now let’s see what happens next. I have come into politics to fight for the poor.”

Pathak said he will face Prime Minister Nitish Kumar’s Social Welfare Minister Ramsevak Singh in these elections. He said Singh has represented Hathua in the Legislative Assembly many times, yet he has been unable to do well for his region.

Pathak had previously formed ‘NaMo Sena’.

Voting will take place on November 3 in Hathua in the second phase of the 2020 Bihar assembly elections.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will once again lead the BJP election campaign in Bihar and hold up to 12 rallies in the state during the election phase.

Bihar will witness a three-phase election on October 28, November 3 and 7. The results of the Bihar Assembly elections will be declared on November 10.
