The inaugurated highway projects cover a highway length of approximately 350 kilometers and will be completed at a cost of Rs 14,258 crore.
The ‘Ghar Tak Fiber’ scheme will connect the 45,945 villages in Bihar through fiber optic internet service, according to a PMO statement issued on Saturday.
“The fiber Internet services program is a ‘prestigious project’ that will allow a ‘digital revolution’ to reach the most remote corner of the state,” the statement said.

Bihar Prime Minister Nitish Kumar and Senior Deputy Minister Sushil Modi were also present at the event. Both leaders thanked Prime Minister Modi for initiatives that help the development of the state and criticized the opposition for its behavior in the Rajya Sabha on Sunday.
