Mindtree Q4 results: net profit jumps 3.9% yoy to Rs 206 crore; company announces dividend of Rs 10 per share

New Delhi: Mindtree reported on Friday a 3.9% year-on-year (year-on-year) increase in net consolidated profit to Rs 206.2 million for the fourth quarter ending March 31. The company had reported a profit of Rs 198.4 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s consolidated net income increased by 11.5 percent annually to Rs 2,050.5 crore.

The company closed fiscal year 20 with the highest earnings of $ 1.2 billion. “Our relentless focus and first customer focus have resulted in robust fourth quarter performance across multiple dimensions: 1.9 percent revenue growth in constant currency, operating margin expansion by 150 basis points, and record earnings of $ 393 million “said Debashis Chatterjee, CEO and Managing Director, Mindtree.

The company’s board of directors also approved a final dividend of Rs 10 per share.

In US dollar terms, the company reported a net profit of $ 28.2 million, year-over-year. Quarterly revenue increased 6.3 percent to $ 278.4 million. Management anticipates smooth demand in fiscal year 21.

Chatterjee said, however, that the company is well equipped to handle the global crisis based on the business continuity plan and remains confident that they will continue to drive profitable growth and maximize shareholder value.

Mindtree said it has 307 active clients as of March 31, which includes 23 clients of $ 10 million. Her employee count was 21,991, with a 12-month churn rate at 17.4%.
