Actor Vicky Kaushal posted a clarifying post on Twitter saying he did not leave his home, violating blocking rules. He also tagged the Mumbai police Twitter identifier with his post.
Vicky’s clarification comes after rumors that an actor had left his home to visit a Bollywood star, and that the police caught him and lectured him. Tweets and posts about it circulated on social media and many assumed it was actor Uri.
Vicky’s statement on Twitter read: “There are unfounded rumors suggesting that I broke the lockup and the police detained me. I have not left my home since the lockdown began. I ask people not to pay attention to the rumors. @MumbaiPolice ”

Like many other Bollywood stars, Vicky has been living her quarantine days at home, exercising, cooking, and doing housework.
The actor also participated in a song called Muskurayega India, along with stars like Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon, which was released as a salute to the spirit of India as the country battles the coronavirus pandemic along with the rest of the world.
