Bhiwani
Bhiwani in Haryana staggered in cold conditions at 2.8 degrees Celsius.
Shimla
The capital of Himachal Pradesh and another very popular tourist destination, Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 5.7 degrees Celsius.
