Amid mounting speculation about the dates of CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced on Saturday (December 26) that he will announce the dates for CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021 December 31 at 6:00 pm
“I am going to announce the testing date for students taking the CBSE board exams in 2021 at 6pm on December 31st,” Pokhriyal tweeted.
Previously, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021 will not be held in January or February. The CBSE had also announced that the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board exams will be conducted as written physical exams and not online exams.
During his online interaction with students a few weeks ago, Pokhriyal had hinted that the CBSE Board exams will not be canceled. The minister, however, assured the students that they will have enough time to prepare for the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams. Pokhriyal had also suggested to the students that they prepare for the exams.
It should be noted that the CBSE has already published the syllabus for the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board 2021 exams after removing certain parts of the old syllabus. The CBSE has reduced the syllabus for all subjects by up to 30%. Details of the reduced study program are provided online and the CBSE has suggested that students review the reduced study program as they prepare for the 2021 Board exams.
CBSE will release the CBSE 2021 admission card for the upcoming CBSE 2021 board exams after the board publishes the CBSE 2021 date sheet for the 10th and 12th. The admission card is an important document required to gain entry into the center of the Central Board of Secondary Examination. Schools provide the admission cards for regular CBSE students, while private CBSE students must download their admission cards from the official website. But it seems that this year there would be some changes due to the coronavirus pandemic.
