The Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) led by Hanuman Beniwal is the second electorate to resign from the National Democratic Alliance for agricultural laws after Shiromani Akali Dal.

The Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP), the only ally of the BJP in Rajasthan, left the ruling National Democratic Alliance on Saturday amid mass farmers agitation over new agricultural marketing laws, the second NDA constituent to do so after by Shiromani Akali Dal when we have the information.
RLP leader and Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal announced the decision while addressing farmers at a demonstration in Shahjahanpur in Alwar district.
“I am not stuck with Fevicol with the NDA. Today, I am separating from the NDA … I left the NDA in protest against the three farm laws. These laws are anti-farmer. I left the NDA, but I will not forge an alliance with Congress, ”he said. Beniwal added that he would also resign from the Lok Sabha if the Center does not repeal the laws.
Early Saturday, Beniwal joined thousands of farmers who launched their ‘Delhi Chalo’ protest march from near Jaipur. Earlier, he had written to the Union Interior Minister Amit Shah, threatening to reconsider his alliance with the BJP if the agricultural laws were not withdrawn.
He had also resigned from three parliamentary committees this week in support of the farmers’ protest. Beniwal was a member of the parliamentary commissions of industries; oil and natural gas; and requests.
