No new COVID-19 case in Dadar for the first time since April


Mumbai: In a major development, Dadar did not report any new cases of coronavirus on Saturday, for the first time since April 30.

According to information shared by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the number of Dadar cases now stands at 4,750, while the number of active cases stands at 102. So far, 4,475 people have recovered in Dadar.

The slum groups of Dharavi in the city that did not report a single infection on Friday for the first time since April when the first patient was detected in the area, registered a case today. Active cases number 13 in Dharavi, while 3,464 people have been discharged so far.

In Mahim, seven more COVID-19 The cases were registered today. With this, the total number of positive cases in the area increased to 4,568. There are 209 active cases in the region, including 4,215 recoveries.

There are currently 324 active cases in ward G / North. So far, 12,154 patients have been cured / discharged from the G / North ward. There are 13,107 cases in ward G / North which includes Dharavi, Dadar and Mahim.
