Hyderabad: A day after suffering severe fluctuations in blood pressure, Rajinikanth had an “uneventful” night and is now progressing well, Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad said Saturday. Meanwhile, research on his health has revealed nothing alarming.
In an official statement, Apollo Hospitals said: “Mr Rajinikanth, who was admitted to the hospital yesterday, is progressing well. He has had an uneventful night and his blood pressure is still on the higher side, although under better control than yesterday. “.
The hospital further stated that his blood pressure medications were being carefully titrated and that he will continue to be closely monitored.
“Rajinikanth has been advised complete rest in view of his labile blood pressure and visitors are not allowed to know him. Based on his research and blood pressure monitoring, a decision will be made about his discharge at night,” he added Hospital. .
