Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Board Exam 2021 The practical exams for classes 12 and 10 would be taken in school labs, as usual, and not in O-Labs. To dispel the confusion caused by multiple reports on social media, CBSE Exam Controller Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj recently held a meeting with select directors of CBSE affiliated schools to clarify the many points regarding the upcoming Exams. of the Class Board 10, 12, 2021. on the mode of the practical exams, the paper pattern, the dates of the exams and other pressing concerns.

The senior official confirmed that the CBSE 2021 Board practical documents would be made only after the schools reopened. Regarding the dates of the exams, he shared that the CBSE 2021 date sheet would be released at a later date. The important points of the meetings are summarized below. CBSE Board Exam 2021: Important Updates

  1. CBSE Class 10, 12 The road test will take place after the schools reopen. No dates have been shared yet and it would be done in due course.
  2. The pattern and type of question items will remain the same as shown in # The type of question items will be the same as CBSE sample papers now available at cbseacademic.nic.in
  3. No further reduction in curriculum is anticipated for the 2021 board examinations
  4. CBSE Board practical exams would be held in schools as usual and an external examiner would be present
  5. No circular was issued for online practical exams or for taking practical exams in O Lab; the exams would take place in the school labs as usual
  6. The CBSE Board Exam 2021 would not be carried out in own centers or in ‘own schools’; instead, the board would significantly increase the number of test centers.
  7. No more than 12 students will be allowed to sit in a class for the 2021 board exam
  8. In the CBSE 2021 Date Sheet, he clarified that the same would be published later and that the examination dates will be declared only in consultation with interested parties. CBSE would also be giving “enough time for preparation.”
  9. Three sets of questions will be delivered with the same level of difficulty. Should any ensemble be found to have a higher difficulty level, moderation will be considered.
  10. No change to the grading scheme for Class 10 – it would remain the same as 80+ 20 where 80 is for external or theoretical work and 20 for internal assessment.

Apart from these points, he also shared that schools can evaluate co-school areas. Regarding administrative work, CBSE would soon release new software for schools to manage exams. The new software would have a separate login ID for schools and students.

Encouraging schools to get excited about the Art Integration Activities, which have been introduced starting this year, he shared that there would be no liberalization and that schools must complete it. However, the proforma report thereof will continue to be available on the website.
