New Delhi: A popular Tamil television actress, VJ Chitra, was found dead in a hotel on the outskirts of Chennai this morning. His sudden disappearance has shocked fans, friends and family of the actress. She was 28 years old.
According to ANI, the police are investigating the cause of death. His body was recovered and he was sent for an autopsy. The investigation is currently ongoing.

Reports suggested that VJ Chitra had completed filming at EVP Film City on Tuesday and around 2.30am he returned to his hotel where he was staying with his financier Hemanth.
The actress’s family has not issued a statement.
