CBSE Board Exam Dates – The Latest Updates Students Should Know – Details Here | India News

Amid growing uncertainty regarding the 2021 CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams, a senior CBSE official said that the Class 10 and 12 exams will be held in February-March as usual.

Speaking to a leading English portal, Sanyam Bhardwaj, the exam controller for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), said that the CBSE has no plans to delay the 2021 class 10, 12 board exams.

The senior CBSE official made the statement just days after CBSE announced that the twelfth 2021 Board review would take place offline.

Bhardwaj said it will not be difficult for CBSE to conduct the 2021 board exams in offline mode. “CBSE successfully completed the compartment examinations amid the pandemic and based on what we have learned, we will administer the board examinations in 2021 in offline mode,” he told Times of India.

The CBSE driver or exams also said that students are likely to get more days off between their exams in 2021 than in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and loss of classes due to closure.

“While preparing the data sheet in 2019, the students got a more than enough gap between the two tests. Even if some exams were scheduled consecutively, it made sure the post exam was easy, ”said Bhardwaj.

Speaking of practical exams, Bhardwaj expressed hope that state governments will soon reopen schools to give students time to prepare for exams. “Generally, the schools are around 1.5 months old. This year, they may have more than two months to take practical exams and complete all the procedures taking into account the COVID-19 guidelines, “TOI cited.
