-In the dialogue on Saturday, the Center had given a timely written response to the minutes of the fourth meeting after the farmers’ representatives requested it. Farmers said they need a solution or compromise from the Center and did not want any further discussion.

-Agriculture Minister Tomar, after the meeting, assured the agitated farmers that the APMC will not weaken and that the MSP will continue, while urging the farmers’ unions to stop their agitation and resolve their complaints through talks.

The Delhi Traffic Police closed seven borders with the national capital on Saturday, including Singhu, Auchandi, Lampur, Piao Maniyari, Mangesh, Tikri and Jharoda, and issued warnings.
