To quote an old tweet by Ludhiana Congressional MP Ravneet Singh Bittu against singer actor Diljit Dosanjh in her current social media dispute related to farmers’ protest backfired on Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, already that Bittu warned her to stay away from his and Dosanjh’s affairs and used a controversial comment against her calling her a “rotten apple of the Himachal”. Bittu has even lent support to Dosanjh and tagged him in his tweet saying that the two are together for Punjab.

Kangana on Thursday night had used an old tweet from Bittu in which he had urged Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to file FIR against Diljit Dosanjh and others for allegedly supporting Pannu and Sikhs for Justice in the Khalistan lawsuit. Quoting Bittu’s tweet, the actress had commented: “This is the leader of the ruling Punjab jo party in antnkiyo ki pol khol rha, this is what they have to say about KJO chaploos aur baki antanki jo desk ke tukde karna chahte hain” (MP Bittu is exposing the terrorists and this is what he has to say about KJO (Karan Johar) chaploos (Diljeet Dosanjh) and the rest of the terrorists who want to dismember our country).

Meanwhile, speaking on the matter, MP Bittu said: “I want to make it clear to Kangana that we Punjabis can have hundreds of problems between us, but we never tolerate outsiders in our affairs. I am sure Himachal farmers and youth will teach you a lesson by labeling protesting farmers as terrorists and you will be banned from Himachal. But then he’ll only have one home to hide in, Narendra Modi’s. ”
