Along with the update for Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro, Realme has released a new software update for Realme 7 Pro which also includes the November Android security patch. The update for Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro includes software version RMX2151PU_11.A.69, according to details provided in the Realme community forums.
Since the same software version exists for both Realme phones, the update changelog is also identical. This means that the same changes will be coming to Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro via the latest update.
The first and most notable change that the update brings to Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro is the November 2020 Android security patch. There are also camera-focused optimizations. These include optimized image quality from the main rear camera, as well as an optimized image effect from Super Nightscape mode. There is also a fix for a low portrait clarity issue affecting the front camera.
Along with optimizations aimed at the camera, the software update for the Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro improves the user experience with an optimized touch control algorithm. The update also fixes an issue that causes the screen to flicker. Additionally, there are performance improvements at the system level.
In addition to the update for Realme 7 and Realme Narzo 20 Pro, Realme 7 Pro also started to receive the update that brings the software version RMX2170PU_11.A.23. That update brings the November Android security patch, as well as a fix for a bug that was causing an audio sync issue when recording videos on the front camera. It also addresses camera distortion in video recording.
The update for Realme 7 Pro also fixes a screen flickering issue and includes system-level improvements.
It is important to note that the updates for Realme 7, Realme Nazro 20 Pro and Realme 7 Pro are being rolled out gradually and are initially limited to certain users. Therefore, you may not be able to receive the new update at this time.
However, Realme has mentioned in their forum posts that the update should reach a broader rollout stage in a few days, after making sure there are no critical bugs.
