India vs Australia – Cameron Green thanks KL Rahul: Australian off-roader Cameron Green, who replaced the injured David Warner in the third ODI, has revealed that he received words of encouragement from Indian batsman KL Rahul when he first arrived in the area in international cricket.

The young and talented off-roader made his international debut in the final ODI against India on Wednesday. Green, who had hit number seven in List A games, hit number five when Australia still needed 186 runs to win.
“In fact, I was surprised by how nice KL Rahul was behind the stumps. I think he asked me if I was nervous or not and I just responded by saying ‘yes, obviously a little nervous’ and he just said ‘go well, young man,’ “Green quoted ESPNcricinfo.
“I thought it would have been the opposite. I think virat [Kohli] it was trying to be quite loud at the time. I was a bit surprised at how nice it was. I will remember him forever, ”he added.
Green, who couldn’t get on his side on the other side of the line, appreciated the ‘quality’ of the Indian team’s spinning attack and praised Ravindra Jadeja’s ‘beautiful’ bowling.
The off-roader also said that no off-field research can help a hitter understand how Indian spinners play.

“They are classy bowlers, especially their spinners. I have not faced a quality like that. Jadeja is just a beautiful bowler who knows exactly what he’s trying to do. Trying to push a couple away from you and get one back in. It was a bowling class, “Green said.
“You can do as much research and see as many images as you can, which I did, to better understand how they bowled, but it’s a different beast when you actually face them in the middle. It took me a couple of laps to get used to. But I get a lot out of it, ”he added.
The Australian team led by Aaron Finch rose to the top of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League points table Wednesday after winning the three-game series against India 2-1.
Now both sides will meet in the three-game T20I series, which begins on Friday.
