Tonight’s episode of Bigg Boss 14 promises to be an emotional affair. As part of the “immunity” task, contestants will be asked to reveal their deepest and darkest secrets to the audience.
The reality of the season’s “perfect” couple: Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla will be out tonight. The actors, who tied the knot in 2018 after dating for a few years, have faced major marital discord.
Dilaik, in his confession, will share that the couple was on the verge of divorce. To give their marriage one last chance, they decided to wait until November. And that’s when the offer came to them to participate together in Bigg Boss 14.
In the latest promo released by Colors, the Shakti actress is seen talking about why they decided to participate in Bigg Boss 14 together. She will also talk about the issues between them and how that created a rift in their relationship.
“Agar hum iss show me saath nahi aate, a shayad hum saath reh bhi nahi paate (if we hadn’t come to the show together, we may have already parted ways),” Dilaik shared, holding back tears.
Post her big reveal, Rubina Dilak will be seen trusting her husband. Shukla will be upset that information as private as this has now been discussed on national television. You will also be concerned that it is now being published in all media.
It is pertinent to share here that during the opening night, the panel of journalists had questioned Rubina and Abhinav about the supposed breakup rumors. However, the two had shrugged their shoulders saying that, like most couples during the confinement, they too had their share of fights. Throughout the show, they had never let any of their housemates have an idea of the problems between them.
Before entering Bigg Boss 14’s house, Rubina Dilaik, in an exclusive chat with indianexpress.com, had shared that they wanted to learn more about each other on the show.
Speaking about doing the show with Abhinav Shukla, he said: “We are both very different and strong individuals. We have certain qualities and defects. In this age and age, you need a partner to look up to. We have learned all these things over time. We have also had problems and challenges in our marriage. However, what holds us together is that we have not lost our individuality. We never overshadow or want to change each other. And I think Bigg Boss is the only platform where one can keep a private look in public and touch lives through that. I believe that we will learn about ourselves, each other and the relationship through the program, and we will also be an example for others. “
