Actor Rahul Roy suffered a stroke while filming his next movie LAC – Live the Battle. He has been admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai and is in ICU. His brother Romeer Sen confirmed the news to indianexpress.com, adding that “he is on the mend.”

It was the extreme weather conditions that led to the stroke. They took him from Kargil to Srinagar and then to Nanavati hospital, a source told indianexpress.com.

Rahul Roy, who rose to fame with his debut Aashiqui in 1990, is playing the role of a Major on LAC – Live the Battle.

LAC is led by Nitin Kumar Gupta. It is jointly produced by Chitra Vakil Sharma and Nivedita Basu.
