The ministry also said it will launch a campaign to hear feedback from education stakeholders. At a high-level meeting in the presence of secretaries of higher and secondary education and other Ministry officials, the Minister of Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, addressed the National Testing Agency, which conducts the entrance examinations JEE Main, NEET and others, to assess the situation throughout the state. and central boards of school education before the end of the study program for next year’s entrance exams.
In an attempt to make up for the academic loss caused by the nationwide COVID-19 shutdown, state and central boards of education had previously announced a reduction in the school program, some by as much as 30 percent.

Before this, during the different phases of the lockdown, Mr. Pokhriyal answered questions from parents, teachers and students about taking exams in the middle of a pandemic and their academic future.
Regarding the conduct of JEE Main 2021, NTA officials told PTI that registration for JEE Main 2021 will begin next month and that the first session of the exam will likely take place in February rather than January.

However, the report did not mention anything about the NEET 2021 date.
CBSE President Anurag Tripathi recently said that the date of the CBSE 2021 board review will be announced soon. Mr. Tripathi, however, did not mention whether the exams will be held in February-March or will be postponed.
“The board examinations will be safely conducted and a schedule will be announced very soon. The CBSE is making plans and will soon reveal how it will do the mock evaluations,” Tripathi said.
