The recent rebound in domestic markets is supported by strong purchases from foreign institutional investors (FII). So far this month, FIIs have injected a record Rs 55,474 crore into domestic values. This week, the FII have bought shares worth Rs 9 billion. The FII purchase is aided by the changes in the MSCI indices that will take place later this week, as well as the favorable outlook for India’s economic growth in the post-pandemic world.
