  • West Bengal doesn’t need you, it will fight if you come: Anwar Pasha to Owaisi
  • I have not seen such a secular leader in my life: Pasha en Mamata Banerjee
  • ‘Only CM to speak out against CAA, NRC’

Calcutta: In a big shakeup for Asaduddin Owaisi, party leader Anwar Pasha joined the Trinamool Congress today. In addition, he claimed that AIMIM polarized the Bihar polls to help BJP rise to power.

This is very dangerous and cannot be allowed in Bengal, Pasha said, adding that if the Bihar model is implemented in Bengal, it will be covered in blood as 30 percent of minorities live in Bengal, so it is essential to stop these forces.

“There have been events in Bihar and these forces are trying to enter Bengal. For years Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians have been living here in peace, but there is an attempt to create division and use votes to make progress here, ”he said.

‘Mamata only CM to speak out against CAA, NRC’

High praise to Mamata Banerjee Pasha saying she was the only CM who raised her voice against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the NRC.

Pasha said that people and political parties accuse her policy of appeasement, but this is not true because if she gives money to imams, she also gives it to priests.

If you cover your head and say amen, you also go to your temple to offer prayers. I have not seen such a secular leader in my life, he added.

In an appeal to Muslims in West Bengal, he said that everyone should give Mamata Banerjee strength to fight the saffron party in the state.

Don’t come to Bengal: Anwar Pasha to Owaisi

Pasha also sent a message to Owaisi saying: “Don’t come to Bengal, Bengal doesn’t need you. But if you still want to come, we will fight with you. “

Earlier, Owaisi had proposed a pre-election pact in West Bengal to Mamata saying that AIMIM will help the ruling party defeat the BJP at the polls.

AIMIM had surprised political experts by winning five seats in the Seemanchal region of Bihar in the recently concluded Bihar elections.
