Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi thriller Tenet finally gets an Indian release date. It will hit theaters in the country on December 4.
The movie, starring John David Washington, Kenneth Branagh, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia and Michael Caine, involves a concept called investing, which is said to be a kind of communication with the future.
Washington’s character, called The Protagonist, is tasked with saving the world from World War III, and it’s not Armageddon the world faces, they tell us, but something worse.
Dimple Kapadia made the announcement about the release date via Warner Bros India’s official Twitter handle. She teased that the movie has some spectacular action sequences and twists that are best enjoyed on the big screen.

Tenet garnered mostly positive reviews, earning 71 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Critical consensus says: “Tenet, a visually stunning puzzle for movie lovers to unlock, delivers all the cerebral spectacle audiences have come to expect from a Christopher Nolan production.”
Despite all the buzz surrounding Tenet’s launch, it has only raised a little over $ 350 million in the foreign market, well below expectations.
