Special admission deadlines for DU announced; Details here

The University of Delhi (DU) has published the admissions schedule against the special DU limit, the 6th DU limit and the admission against the 7th DU limit. According to the DU UG merit-based admission schedule released today, November 21, applicants seeking admission to DU can apply online against the DU special court list between 9 a.m. on November 24 and 1 pm on November 25. The university will also publish a sixth cut list and students can accept admission against the sixth DU cut list from November 30 to December 2. According to the DU schedule published today, the university could also publish a seventh cut-off list against it. It is scheduled to be held between December 7 and 9.

The university has also published a set of guidelines for students who will not be eligible for admission to the special DU court lists. According to the guidelines, only those applicants will be considered for admission to the university and its affiliated universities who did not take admission in the initial five DU limits. Applicants who have canceled their admission to the fifth DU boundary and students who have already been admitted to any DU affiliated college or course will also not be eligible to participate in the DU special boundary admissions process.
Meanwhile, the new academic session for rookies began on Wednesday, November 18, after a delay of more than four months. More than 68,000 of the 70,000 undergraduate positions have been filled so far on the previous five cut lists. The university this year has been following a contactless admissions process due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the social distancing rules associated with it.
