NCB raids comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh’s residence in Mumbai in drug case


The Office of Narcotics Control carried out a raid on the residence of comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbaachiyaa in Mumbai on Saturday. According to sources, a certain amount of cannabis was recovered from his residence. The artist couple have now been summoned by the investigative agency for questioning.

Bharti Singh-Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s residence was raided by NCB

NCB’s Mumbai Area Director Sameer Wankhede was also present during the raid on Bharti Singh-Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s residence in Andheri West. Raids are also taking place in three different locations right now, such as Andheri, Lokhandwala and Versova. The raids had started the same morning.

The star couple have been summoned by the NCB and will be questioned about how they obtained the narcotics.

A drug dealer had been arrested Friday night in the suburbs. The raids that took place at the Bharti-Haarsh residence and the other locations were carried out on the basis of this information.

Bharti Singh is one of the best known names in the television world, having worked for more than a decade on various popular shows such as The great challenge of Indian laughter, Comedy circus, among others. She is currently part of The Kapil Sharma Show.

He has also worked in films such as Khiladi 786 Y Sanam Re.

Her husband Harssh Limbaachiyaa is a screenwriter and producer. The couple have also made joint appearances on shows like Fear factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Y Big boss.

The NCB had started its investigation in Mumbai after links emerged from numerous stars in the investigation. Numerous celebrities were questioned, the residences of some were raided and some were even arrested.
