Earlier this month, PUBG Corporation revealed that it will be returning to the Indian markets soon with the creation of a new game that will basically be the Indian subsidiary of its popular gaming app. According to the latest development, the mobile gaming app is expected to arrive sooner than most people expected. Although the company has not officially specified any dates, a recent tweet from the PUBG Mobile India fan club has created quite a stir among fans of the games. “Countdown begins. Few hours to go!” Read the tweet from the PUBG Mobile India fan club account. Along with the tweet, the account has also posted an image showing that the game will be available on the Google Play Store and for separate APK download.
As there is no mention of the Apple App Store or an iOS version, the game is supposed to be initially released only for Android users. It is not known when the game will be released for iPhone gamers.
The viral gaming app Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) was one of 118 Chinese apps that were banned by the Indian government in September over national security concerns amid border tensions with China.
To control the damage, PUBG Corp had revoked the authorization of China-based Tencent Games from the operations of the PUBG Mobile franchise in India.

The company also mentioned plans to provide a safe and healthy environment with regards to gaming. To deal with concerns related to data privacy and security, PUBG said it will conduct regular audits and checks on storage systems containing personally identifiable information of Indian users to ensure security and secure management of data .
