Redmi’s upcoming Redmi Note 9 5G series of smartphones has received approval from the TENAA authority in China. It seems that the company is now preparing to announce the Redmi Note 9 5G series in the domestic market. A new leak claims that the Redmi Note 9 5G series will be broken next week.
According to the informant (via), Redmi is likely to reveal the launch date of the Redmi Note 9 5G series today or tomorrow. He added that the smartphones will be launched next Tuesday. With the release date expected to be confirmed for tomorrow, it looks like the unveiling event may take place on November 24.
A recent leak had claimed that the Redmi Note 9 5G with Dimensity 800U technology will be priced at 999 Yuan (~ $ 152). On the other hand, the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G with Snapdragon 750G can start at 1,499 Yuan (~ $ 228).
The series reportedly includes a 4G variant. It is equipped with specs like 6.53-inch IPS LCD FHD + screen, Snapdragon 662 chipset, 48-megapixel triple shooters, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charge support. There is no information on its price.

The phone is expected to arrive as a modified version of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite.
