Good news for job seekers, India’s leading public sector bank, State Bank of India, has released the 2020 Bank Probationary Officer (PO) exam date. Exam dates and other details are posted by SBI at its official website: sbi.co .en. According to the SBI PO 2020 notification, the preliminary examination would take place on December 31, 2020, January 2, 4 and 5, 2021.
The application fee for the SBI PO 2020 exam will be Rs 750 for General / EWS / OBC candidates and ‘zero’ for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
According to SBI, a total of 2,000 jobs will be filled through this hiring process. Of these, 200 seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the economically weakest section of society. Candidates will also need to pass the preliminaries, main round, interview round, and pre-exam training.
OSE PO 2020 Recruitment: Eligibility
Candidates must have a graduation-level degree in order to apply for the exam. Those who are in the last year or semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally and if they receive a call for an interview, they will need to present proof of having passed the graduation exam on or before December 31st.

The provision has been provided because results at many institutes were pending due to the pandemic.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old to be eligible. Age is limited to 30 years. Age will be calculated from April 4, 2020.
SBI 2020 PO Recruitment: Exam Pattern
For the preliminaries, candidates will be accessed in English language, numerical ability and reasoning ability. Sectional cuts have been removed. The online exam will last one hour and will add a total of 100 points.

The starting base salary for SBI probationary officers is Rs 27,620 with four increases in advance. Candidates are eligible for various benefits like DA, CCA, HRD. Candidates must also post a two-year bond with the bank.
